Cinematic encounters
With its in-house cinema the Castell continues to set the course in cultural offerings.  It is the logical complement to art, architecture, innovative cuisine and hamam. Zurich film publicist Walter Ruggle has created an inspiring film program with both entertaining and contemplative films.  Discoveries and encounters with other continents and reflections on life are bound to happen in this relaxed atmosphere.

The films shown on Thursdays are open to the public. It’s perfect to combine a film in our cinema with a dinner in the hotel restaurant or a visit to the hamam.

The screenings should also encourage dialogue between guests and locals. The goal is to expand the cultural offerings in the Engadin and to start offering events and workshops about the art of film.
